About Founder & CEO
Rinkoo Rajpal is a Human Resource Specialist who partners with CEOs, Executives, and Entrepreneurs to help them grow their teams with skilled personnel. After spending nearly two and a half decades working in HR and event management for multi-national organizations like International Management Group, STMicroelectronics, and Bain & Company, working as a freelance partner to Indus Axis Advisors and then launching her entrepreneurial venture, Ardent Aspirants, Rinkoo knows what truly drives a business – it is not big fat clients, it is the force of skilled and satisfied human resource of a company. It’s how well you connect with the humans you are trying to help and can communicate your understanding to them.
Rinkoo has been a highly active professional throughout her education and career. She has bagged reputed Bhavishya Jyoti Scholarship from NIIT and a “C” certificate from NCC ”Army wing”. With such a proactive personality, Rinkoo has carved a successful career for herself in over twenty-four years. She has traveled extensively and worked with people from different parts of the world. She has even efficiently managed multiple national and international corporate events single-handedly. Rinkoo has also worked as a programming coach and contributed to designing of course material for Datapro and Aptech. Her ex-colleagues, as well as co-workers, actively seek her advice because of her helpful and giving nature.
Rinkoo holds honors in Commerce from Delhi University, MBA in HR from Symbiosis University and an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT. Ardent Aspirants is her entrepreneurial dream that has come true and is thriving.
